Vivek is the Chief of Staff at IntelleWings and drives the Business Development, Investor Relations and Compliance functions.
Vivek is an Electronics Engineer and a Master of Business Administration from IIM Ahmedabad with ~30 years of experience in Technology (Telecom, IT, Power) and Social Sector. He has been involved in building brands, transforming operations, and growing businesses at early-stage organisations as-well-as mature set-ups.

As Vice President Marketing at Bharti Airtel, Vivek handled various roles in Marketing driving revenues and customer retention. He also led multiple projects including Business Intelligence, enterprise-wide service segmentation and Automated Campaign Management.
As Chief Operating Officer at Tata Teleservices, Vivek was responsible for the P&L for the UP West & Uttarakhand Telecom circle and helped as the best performing circle for Tata Teleservices. As Executive Director Marketing at Xerox India, Vivek was part of the executive team that helped transform Xerox India from a loss-making unit to one of the most profitable one in Xerox.

After his corporate stint, Vivek joined the Social Sector and set-up the consultancy business for Change Alliance (A fully owned subsidiary of Christian Aid, UK), building the consultancy business from Zero to INR 50 Mn in less than 2 years.
Vivek is also engaged in mentoring several startups and helping them achieve their potential.
